the staff was great with service. zineb zaid from guest relation helped make sure everything was just perfect. the hotel also felt clean. i had a great time there.
i did noticed you can't open the windows in the room. this. this affected the overall fresh air circulation.

the fitness center offers three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. i also noticed the pool area includes twenty loungers. there is also a shaded section available by the pool.

the breakfast had many vegetarian options. there was amazing savory food offered each morning. the restaurant operates twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, so it is quite convenient.

my room included two separate sinks. the shower featured a rainfall showerhead. fresh towels were replenished daily. the room felt quite spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed a rich variety of local and international options. Zineb and the team provided excellent service. They addressed my needs promptly. The room was clean. All facilities were in proper working order.
I found that the hotel location was not very appealing. It could be better. Traveling to more central areas required extra time and planning. This detracted slightly from the overall convenience of my stay.

I had an issue, the closest public transport required a fifteen-minute walk.

i had some issues with the air conditioning in my room. it kept turning off automatically and the reception didn't fix it after i called 3 times. eventually, i had to change rooms, but the ac in the new room was blowing hot air too. also, the staff at the reception were not polite when i asked questions, disappointing.
